Motion Catch | Non-contact monitoring sensor for hospitals SE
Non-contact monitoring of hospital rooms, private rooms, and restrooms. Supports early detection of falls and sudden changes, with consideration for privacy and no need for cameras.
"Motion Catch" is a non-contact monitoring sensor equipped with millimeter-wave radar and AI, designed to support monitoring tasks in hospitals, clinics, and nursing facilities. Its feature is that it does not use cameras and does not record images, making it easy to implement in spaces where privacy considerations are required, such as patient rooms, private rooms, and restrooms. In addition to fall detection, understanding presence/absence, and detecting prolonged immobility, it can also monitor respiratory rate, heart rate, and provide sleep quality reports. For hospital applications, it is expected to monitor sudden health changes or falls in restrooms, helping to prevent oversight in monitoring and reduce the burden of nighttime responses. It can be installed on ceilings or walls and can cover an area of approximately 4m x 6m with a single unit, efficiently supporting safety measures in private rooms and patient rooms.
